Glendale's tourism department wanted to refresh its look and feel, part of that being a new video to capture the feel of Glendale. Armed with a newly refreshed brand focused on geometric shapes, bold colors, and funky type I was tasked to create a video to kick off the brand.
Starting with a simple idea that Glendale is an oasis in the desert, I wanted to flip expectations on their head by showing off all of what makes Glendale great with a cut-out paper feel. The end result was a unique and bold look that helps Glendale stand out as a place for shopping, events, and sports.
